Peace Posters received a lot of positive responses from the citizens of Amsterdam and other cities. We have been present in the streets of Amsterdam, Tilburg, Haarlem (Netherlands) and Gent (Belgium) We longed for a fresh breeze of peace through the streets in the cities. We would like to put attention on abundance from within, even in difficult times.
Wise words
We believe that lasting happiness comes from within. The quotes on our posters are about finding inner peace. Wise people like Rumi, the Dalai Lama and Mother Teresa have said wonderful things about it in simple words. When we adopt a peaceful attitude from within, our feelings of despair will soften.
The banks of the Ganges River in India provided inspiration. There, the walls were inscribed with sacred texts. It wasn’t commercial advertising. The texts along the Ganges were about inner peace, wisdom, the Eternal, the Divine… You suddenly felt valued as a spiritual being. Not as a potential buyer, not materially concerned with ‘as much and as cheap as possible.
We hope, of course, that the Peace Posters will make people happy and amaze and inspire them to find peace.
